What happens after I decide to have my website built by CLJ Design?

Once you have spoken with our consultant, you will receive an electronic copy of our Website Planner document. A simple planning tool designed to help you collate and organise the content appearing in your new website. If you are unsure of the correct package for your business or require some presales assistance, we would welcome the opportunity to meet with you and discuss the project at our Sydney office. Once the website planner has been finalised and all of the accompanying artwork has been received, our graphics designer will begin preparing a concept design for your website.

How long will it take to build a web site?

The development time depends on the requirements of your website. The Web Delight Package can be up and running in 48 hours. Typically, we aim to deliver your website within 4-12 weeks.

What happens to my domain name and e-mail if I cancel my service?

The domain name included with your account is registered under your name. If you decide to cancel your plan, you can choose to transfer your domain name to another provider. You will have to re-configure your e-mail addresses with the new servers’ settings. We can provide you with a static output of your website for transfer if required.
